Legal Advisor Marta Prokop Majchrzak is a graduate of the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics at the University of Wroclaw and a member of the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisors in Wroclaw (WR-3256). She gained professional experience in Wroclaw law firms, providing services to, among others, bankruptcy trustees, companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, a leader in the HR services industry in Poland or foreign entities. Lawyer Bartosz Majchrzak is a graduate of the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics at the University of Wroclaw and a member of the District Bar Council in Wroclaw (WRO/Adw/1547). He gained professional experience in Wroclaw law firms, successfully conducting numerous lawsuits. He specializes in civil, family, inheritance and labor law cases. He is fluent in English and communicative in Russian. Privately, husband of Marta and father of Jagoda and Ina, enthusiast of mountain tourism, expert in music and history of the region.

REMUNERATION
The amount of the legal counsel's fee is agreed with the client each time, taking into account the complexity of the case, the expected workload and the nature of the case. Remuneration is determined based on the following methods of settlement:
- lump-sum system - consists in setting a fixed remuneration for the activities to be performed;
- ourly system - in this case, the remuneration is the product of hours devoted to handling the case and a predetermined hourly rate;
- - success fee system - in the case of this type of settlement, the remuneration is the amount determined according to the principles of the lump sum system, increased in the case of successful completion of the case for the client by a predetermined fee amount.
It is possible to use a mixed method of settlement.
